Open Positions Restaurant Captain Waiters Key Responsibilities For Restaurant Captain: Supervise and coordinate restaurant operations. Manage and guide the service team for smooth functioning. Ensure guest satisfaction and handle any service-related concerns. Coordinate with the kitchen for timely service. Maintain cleanliness, service standards, and inventory control. For Waiters: Serve food and beverages professionally and courteously. Assist in table setup, clearing, and maintaining restaurant hygiene. Ensure prompt and efficient guest service. Follow instructions from the captain and support overall operations. Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role (preferably in 3-star or 4-star hotels/resorts). Communication: Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi preferred). Personality: Pleasant, disciplined, and guest-focused. Qualification: Diploma or certificate in Hotel Management or equivalent. Availability: Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays. Salary & Benefits Attractive salary based on experience.
