Job Description

As part of the role, you will primarily focus on ensuring compliance within product design/development, sourcing, and procurement processes. Your responsibilities will involve evaluating how well suppliers adhere to our compliance requirements, particularly in the areas of sustainability encompassing social aspects and environmental considerations. Expertise in these domains is essential, and you should be adept at discerning the nuanced differences within them. Key Responsibilities include: - Managing the audit program, encompassing industry audit schemes and supplier compliance questionnaires that necessitate remediation. - Implementing strategies for upstream and downstream prevention, mitigation, and capacity building. - Overseeing digital platforms to maintain updated data and scorecards. - Establishing effective communication channels with the Business Support branch. - Conducting and managing supplier training sessions. Desired Candidate Profile: - Extensive global experience in the manufacturing, semiconductor, and/or electronics sectors. - Minimum 10-12 years of core expertise in supply chain management and supplier-focused roles. - Proficiency in Supply Chain Compliance, involving strategic alignment, operational modeling, data analytics, and training. - Strong background in supplier relations, auditing, and capacity-building training. - Familiarity with supplier code of conduct requirements and experience with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA). - Demonstrated skills in program management, people management, and stakeholder engagement.
