Design and deploy Responsible AI solutions; align AI projects with ethical principles and regulatory requirements. Provide leadership, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and advocates for ethical AI adoption. Must have skills : Microsoft Active Directory Good to have skills : Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI)Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, you will ensure the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence technologies. Your typical day will involve designing and deploying Responsible AI solutions, aligning AI projects with ethical principles and regulatory requirements, and providing leadership to foster cross-functional collaboration. You will advocate for the adoption of ethical AI practices, ensuring that all team members are aligned with the organization's values and objectives. Engaging with various stakeholders, you will facilitate discussions that promote understanding and implementation of responsible AI methodologies, ultimately contributing to the advancement of ethical standards in AI technologies. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Mentor junior professionals to enhance their understanding of responsible AI practices.- Develop and implement training programs to promote ethical AI awareness within the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and guidelines.- Experience in project management and cross-functional team leadership.- Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to AI technologies. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Active Directory.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
