Resources Analyst

As a Resource Analyst at Manayat Tech Park Bangalore, your role involves planning and collaborating across functional roles to ensure that project delivery resources have the appropriate skill sets matching assigned projects and workload. Your responsibilities include driving resource utilization by planning upcoming needs and matching resource demand with supply/capacity. Your expertise in deployment, demand, capacity, utilization, and operations planning will contribute to realizing the profitability goals of the Commercial Services organization while meeting customer objectives. With 3-5 years of relevant work experience, you will play a crucial role in resource coordination activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute Commercial Services PMO standards, processes, and methodologies consistently for resource coordination activities. - Schedule all resources for the implementation of client requirements and support in acquiring resources. - Coordinate with FSO Managers, SDO Managers, and Project Managers to maintain records of all resources and their availability. - Maintain a talent database to meet timeliness and quality standards. - Analyze all backlogs to ensure the delivery of projects within the required timeframe. - Maintain an online database, maximize all resources, track databases, and streamline processes for customers. - Balance resource demand with supply, considering skills, experience level, geographic location, developmental objectives of resources, and financial impact. **Skills & Abilities:** - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe; Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus. - Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the business. - Ability to be trained to maintain and schedule resources. - Attentive to detail. - Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently, identify priorities, and multitask. **Qualifications:** - **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent required. - **Area of Study / Degree:** Certifications (Required or Preferred). - **Experience:** Utilizing ServiceNow's resource management capability is desirable. - **Total Work Experience:** 3-5 years of work experience. - **Specialized Work Experience:** 0 years of resource coordination experience. - **Supervisory Responsibility:** None.,
