The ideal candidates will have proven expertise in their current technology stack and are eager to learn and work with the Unqork platform, a no-code platform revolutionizing enterprise applications. As part of this reskilling program, you will receive comprehensive training in Unqork, enabling you to work on complex projects and contribute significantly to our client's success in leveraging this no-code platform. Key Responsibilities: Participate in the structured reskilling program to learn and master Unqork technology. Collaborate with senior engineers and architects to understand business requirements and design scalable solutions using Unqork. Develop, test, and implement enterprise-level applications leveraging Unqork, integrating with various systems and APIs. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing applications and provide solutions using Unqork. Work closely with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. Continuously improve the knowledge base and stay updated with industry trends and the latest Unqork features. Mentor junior developers and share knowledge gained from the training with peers. Desired Skills and Qualifications: 4 to 10 years of experience in software development with a proven track record of successful projects in technologies such as Java, C#, .NET, JavaScript, Python, or any LCNC Technology. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize code. A deep understanding of software development principles, algorithms, and data structures. Prior experience in developing and maintaining enterprise-level applications is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams. Eagerness to learn new technologies and ability to adapt to a no-code development platform. A growth mindset and willingness to challenge yourself and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Educational Requirements: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
