Resilience Testing & Engineering

As a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in designing and implementing distributed applications, you will be responsible for understanding business goals and translating them into technical solutions. Your role will involve gathering technical requirements, assessing capabilities, and engineering resilient solutions that align with system resiliency imperatives. You will design and implement full stack applications to demonstrate and validate various resiliency and integration patterns, and validate these solutions in Cloud, container, and on-premises environments. Your focus will be on continuous improvement practices to ensure high availability and resilience standards are met across platforms. In addition to providing mentorship and knowledge transfer to team members, you will also support the adoption of DevOps methodology and Agile project management. Effective communication of technical concepts to stakeholders and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are key aspects of this role. Your expertise in networking, infrastructure, middleware, and database architecture, along with hands-on experience in highly available architecture and disaster recovery disciplines, will be crucial for the success in this position. Knowledge of AWS cloud environment, performance analysis, tuning, monitoring tools, and scripting for automation will be valuable assets.
