Shri ladies hostel, look for suitable CRM (Customer Relationship Management) executive to handle customer calls and resolve residents complaints Responsibilities and Duties The role is CRM (Customer Relationship Management) executive and job responsibilities include * Attend incoming client calls and answer them appropriately with hostel details * Make outgoing calls based on the inquiry made to us with appropriate details * Learn and understand the facilities, tariffs, locations of hostels quickly to address all queries * Making Welcome/Exit of the new/outgoing residents * Issue tracking system: Daily, log the issues reported form the branch incharges/residents and assign the respective persons to fix the complaints . Ensure followup till closure.
