Resident Periodontist / Endodontist

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled MDS-qualified Dental Surgeon, specialized in Endodontics, Periodontics, or Pedodontics, who is also well-versed in general dentistry procedures. The role involves managing day-to-day clinical treatments, with a strong focus on patient care and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:Clinical Responsibilities:

• Perform general dentistry treatments including fillings, extractions, scaling, crowns, and preventive care.
• Carry out specialized procedures based on area of expertise (e.g., root canal therapy, periodontal surgeries, pediatric dental care, etc.).
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, sterilization, and clinical safety.
• Accurately document patient records, diagnosis, and treatment plans.

Patient Interaction:

• Build strong rapport with patients and deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and post-treatment care.
• Handle patients of all age groups with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MDS in Endodontics, Periodontics, or Pedodontics from a recognized institution.
• Solid foundation in general dentistry — must be comfortable handling general dental cases independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Language proficiency in English and Hindi (mandatory); Kannada (preferred).
• Ethical, patient-centric approach to clinical practice.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
