Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Provide round-the-clock medical support and care to patients.
• Monitor patients' health conditions, record symptoms, and update medical records.
• Assist in diagnosing, treating, and managing psychiatric disorders under senior doctors' supervision.
• Ensure proper medication administration and treatment compliance.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate with specialists if needed.
• Maintain patient safety, hygiene, and well-being in the hospital.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and mental health awareness.

Requirements:

✔ BHAM / BHM qualification
✔ Experience in Psychiatry or Mental Health (preferred)✔ Ability to work in a 24x7 hospital setup
✔ Strong communication & patient management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
