Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to support our Gynecology Department. The ideal candidate will assist consultants, ensure smooth inpatient and outpatient services, support labor room activities, and maintain high-quality patient care standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide round-the-clock medical support in the Gynecology & Obstetrics department.
• Conduct initial patient assessment, history taking, and clinical examinations.
• Assist gynecologists in OPD, procedures, and labor room activities.
• Monitor patients in wards, labor room, post-operative areas, and respond to medical emergencies.
• Ensure timely documentation of patient records, treatment charts, consent forms, and progress notes.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other medical teams for seamless patient care.
• Manage admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
• Assist in conducting routine antenatal and postnatal checks.
• Support emergency gynecological procedures under consultant supervision.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• MBBS from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical council registration.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as RMO, preferably in Gynecology/Obstetrics.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to handle emergency situations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,988.20 - ₹99,049.42 per month
