JD - RMO Resident Medical Officer (RMO) – Gynaecology

Role Deliver comprehensive inpatient, outpatient, and emergency gynaecological care, ensuring seamless clinical operations and supporting consultants in obstetrics and gynaecology. The role is pivotal in safeguarding patient outcomes, strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration, and upholding hospital standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient care excellence: Diagnose, treat, and monitor gynaecological and obstetric patients across wards, ICUs, OPDs, and maternity units.
• Rapid emergency response: Provide immediate care in urgent gynaecological and obstetric cases, stabilize patients, and escalate to specialists when required.

· Clinical interventions: Perform routine gynaecological procedures and assist consultants in complex surgeries, deliveries, and advanced interventions.

· Integrated collaboration: Partner with nursing, radiology, pharmacy, paediatrics, and allied departments to deliver holistic maternal and women’s health care.

· Precision documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, antenatal histories, operative notes, and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards.

· Continuous vigilance: Conduct structured rounds, track treatment progress, and proactively adjust care plans to optimize patient recovery.

· Policy & ethics adherence: Champion infection control, patient safety, and ethical practices in all clinical and surgical settings.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: MBBS degree from a recognized institution; valid registration with Medical Council.
• Experience: 2–3 years of hospital practice, with exposure to gynaecology, obstetrics, emergency, or critical care.
• Skills: Strong clinical judgment in women’s health, resilience under pressure, and empathetic communication with patients and staff.
• Availability: Flexibility to work rotational shifts; hospital accommodation may be provided.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
