Resident Medical Officer

A BAMS/BHMS Doctor plays a vital role in providing holistic medical care at the clinic. They are responsible for diagnosing and treating patients using alternative medicine and ensuring comprehensive healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting clinical examinations and diagnosing patients' health conditions
• Prescribing and administering appropriate alternative medicine treatments
• Ensuring patient education and counseling regarding their health conditions and treatment plans
• Developing personalized holistic healthcare plans for patients
• Monitoring patients' progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care
• Maintaining accurate and updated patient records and medical history
• Providing preventive healthcare guidance and promoting wellness
• Participating in health awareness and education programs
• Adhering to medical ethics and legal regulations in patient care
• Contributing to the improvement of clinical processes and healthcare delivery
• Participating in professional development and continuing medical education
• Engaging in community health initiatives and outreach programs
• Managing clinic operations and ensuring a safe and tidy environment

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree in BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) or BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
• Valid state medical license and registration
• Proven experience in diagnosing and treating patients using alternative medicine
• In-depth knowledge of Ayurveda or Homeopathy principles, practices, and remedies
• Strong clinical and observational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to empathize and build rapport with patients
• Sound decision-making and critical thinking capabilities
• Commitment to ethical and professional conduct
• Capability to work independently and in a collaborative healthcare team
• Up-to-date with advancements in alternative medicine and healthcare practices
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records and healthcare software
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Understanding of patient privacy and confidentiality regulations
