Resident General Hotel Manager

As a heritage hotel in Nainital, we are currently seeking a Resident General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a highly qualified and dynamic individual who can effectively lead our local team and oversee all hotel operations. Responsibilities of the hired candidate will include managing various departments such as HR, front office, housekeeping, guest relations, and F&B. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to liaise with local authorities and ensure compliance with GST regulations. The successful candidate should possess 5-10 years of experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry. Proficiency in hotel management software such as AATITHYA is required. It is also essential for the candidate to have a valid driver's license and be capable of driving a four-wheeler. In return for the candidate's expertise and contributions, we are offering a competitive salary package ranging from Rs 40,000 to Rs 45,000 per month.
