You will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure on-site, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Your qualifications should include a BE/B.Tech in Electronics/IT/Computer Science or equivalent technical degree/diploma in regular mode. You must have hands-on experience with CCTV systems, servers, storage devices, networking equipment, and patch management solutions. Your skills and competencies should include proficiency in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware/software related to surveillance and IT network management. You should possess knowledge of network security, patch deployment, and server management. Additionally, you must be able to generate technical reports, maintain logs, and coordinate with OEM/vendors for escalated support. Strong communication and coordination skills are required to handle user requirements at the site. As a Resident Engineer, you will be stationed on-site for the complete contract/support duration. Your responsibilities will include ensuring round-the-clock availability during working hours for preventive and corrective maintenance, first-level troubleshooting, and escalation to higher-level support teams when necessary. You will also be responsible for coordinating with GAIL officials and OEM support teams for smooth operations and timely submission of service reports, downtime analysis, and resolution updates.
