Resident Construction Manager - Civil

As an RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance), your role involves facilitating and implementing RCM philosophies and techniques while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will report to the Project Manager and COO. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the entire site team, providing overall site management and leadership. - Understand the full scope of the contract and administer it with the client regarding site activities. - Ensure that all activities are conducted safely and in compliance with project OSH policy, local laws, and statutory requirements. - Oversee the execution of all construction facets, including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Materials management. - Plan construction activities, maintain deliverable quality, and meet project timelines. - Handle site administration tasks such as leave management, statutory norms, and site establishment/infrastructure. - Administer contracts with subcontractors and develop positive relationships with contractors and vendors in line with compliance and company values. - Manage construction activities according to schedule, anticipate potential delays, and implement mitigation measures. - Keep the head office informed about the site status and ensure seamless coordination with the office. - Multitask and execute all activities as per schedule, ensuring timely site closure and handover to the commissioning team.
