Project: Ongoing Civil Works – HPCL, West Bengal

M/s. Aditi Solar Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly skilled Resident Construction Manager (RCM) / Construction In-Charge to lead and manage our ongoing SV Station Construction Works under HPCL, West Bengal.

Location: HPCL, West Bengal
Qualification & Experience:

• Degree in Civil Engineering – Minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience
• Diploma in Civil Engineering – Minimum 15 years of relevant construction experience
• Mandatory: Strong background in Oil & Gas Sector construction

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage day-to-day construction activities at site✅ Plan, organize, and monitor materials, manpower, and resources efficiently
✅ Ensure timely execution and completion of project milestones
✅ Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth project progress✅ Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards on site
✅ Expertise in Project Billing Processes and cost control
✅ Prepare and review work schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines✅ Resolve on-site challenges with strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
