Reservations Executive

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online booking requests for hotel room reservations across multiple properties.
• Provide accurate information on room types, availability, rates, special packages, promotions, and hotel services.
• Use the Property Management System (PMS) and/or Central Reservation System (CRS) to check availability and process bookings.
• Upsell and cross-sell to increase revenue per booking (e.g., upgrades, additional services).
• Assist in managing group reservations, corporate accounts, and special requests.
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservation details.
• Work collaboratively with hotel front office teams and revenue management to optimize room inventory.
• Follow up on provisional bookings, cancellations, and no-shows to update system records.
• Respond to guest complaints and escalate issues as needed for resolution.
• Monitor daily arrivals, booking trends, and report irregularities to management.
• Stay informed about the hotel portfolio, including facilities, room configurations, events, and local attractions
• Prior experience in hotel reservations
• Familiarity and experienced handling with hotel CRS/PMS systems, OTA, Channel managers.
