Role Description

The Reservations Executive will manage and handle reservation requests, ensure smooth communication with customers, and provide high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include booking tickets, assisting with holiday packages, and following up on inquiries. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kozhikode.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Reservations and Customer Satisfaction techniques
• Experience in Sales and handling inquiries effectively
• Ability to work proactively and solve problems
• Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous
