Reservations Associate

The JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi Aerocity is currently looking for a Full-Time Reservations Agent to join our team. As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail. Your main duties will include identifying guest reservation needs, determining appropriate room types, verifying room availability and rates, explaining guarantee policies, and accommodating special requests. It will be your responsibility to input and access data in the reservation system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling guest bookings. In this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. While related work experience is not mandatory, previous experience in a customer service role would be beneficial. As a Reservations Agent, you will be expected to follow all company policies and procedures, maintain a professional appearance, and uphold the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.
