Aragma is a 24 cover restaurant in Pune that offers an elevated dining experience with our signature tasting menu. Our establishment is dedicated to providing a unique culinary journey that combines exquisite flavors with an interactive and experiential dining.

About the Role

We're looking for a Reservations & Admin Executive who can be the voice and anchor of our restaurant the first point of contact for guests and the force that keeps our operations running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who loves interacting with guests, is organised to the last detail, and understands that a great dining experience starts long before a guest walks through the door.

Key Responsibilities

Reservations & Guest Relations

  • Manage daily reservations through phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Maintain the guest database with preferences, allergies, and visit history.
  • Coordinate table allocations and special requests with the service team.
  • Follow up on confirmations, waitlists, and cancellations promptly.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, deposits, and billing information.
  • Support the management team with day-to-day administrative tasks (vendor coordination, inventory tracking, basic documentation).
  • Handle correspondence, calls, and messages in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in compiling reports related to guest feedback, reservations trends, and operations.

Team Coordination

  • Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to communicate guest details and menu requirements.
  • Uphold confidentiality and brand standards at all times.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in guest relations is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other native language.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking ability.
  • Comfortable with digital booking systems and basic office tools.
