Job Responsibilities:
Handle reservation calls, emails, and OTA bookings
Convert leads and achieve sales targets
Maintain OTA rates, availability, promotions
Build and maintain corporate & travel agent relationships
Prepare daily sales & reservation reports
Skills Required:
Strong communication & negotiation
PMS & OTA knowledge (Booking.com/MMT/Goibibo/Agoda)
Lead generation
