Job Description

A dedicated and customer-focused reservation executive with strong experience in managing hotel room bookings and coordination through a centralized system. Skilled in handling high volumes of reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with accuracy and efficiency. Possesses deep knowledge of PMS (Property Management Systems), CRS (Central Reservation Systems). Demonstrates excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities to ensure a seamless booking experience for guests and effective room inventory management for the property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily incoming reservation calls/emails for multiple properties from the Central Reservation Office.
  • Process, modify, and cancel reservations in the PMS accurately.
  • Coordinate with hotel front desk and revenue teams to ensure rate parity and inventory control.
  • Ensure bookings from OTAs (MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.) are updated and reflected correctly in the PMS.
  • Follow up on provisional bookings, inquiries, and guest confirmation calls.
  • Upsell higher room categories and promote special offers to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain guest profiles and reservation history to provide personalized services.
  • Handle group bookings, rate negotiations, and room block management.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, cancellation policies, and booking guidelines.
  • Provide regular reservation reports to management and assist in forecasting.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of PMS/CRS software (Opera, IDS, eZee, Cloudbeds, etc.)
  • Familiarity with OTA extranets and channel managers (RateGain, Staah, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Team coordination and multitasking capabilities.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in reservations/front office/hospitality sales.
  • Diploma or degree in hotel management, tourism, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a centralized reservation or front office setup preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
