We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can combine strong research abilities with exceptional scriptwriting expertise to deliver relevant, accurate, and engaging narratives.

Position: Research & Script WriterEmployment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on government schemes, policies, social issues, and related topics.
• Translate complex information into simple, engaging, and audience-friendly video scripts.
• Ensure all scripts are factually accurate, relevant, and aligned with the intended communication goals.
• Stay updated with current affairs, political developments, and government initiatives.
• Maintain sensitivity and neutrality while dealing with political and government-related content.
• Ensure timely delivery of well-researched scripts to meet project deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Background: Master’s / Bachelor’s in Journalism, Political Science, Mass Communication, or related field (Journalism degree is a plus).
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret policies, reports, and government communications.
• Proven experience in scriptwriting for videos, documentaries, or digital content.
• Excellent command over Hindi (additional regional languages will be a plus).
• Ability to write with clarity, creativity, and audience engagement in mind.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Profile:

• Prior experience in government projects, documentary filmmaking, or policy-related media.
• A keen interest in political and social developments.
• Ability to work independently .
