As a Research Scientist-Training & Innovation at Heredity Bio, you will play a crucial role in working on various training and research projects. Your responsibilities will include aligning methodologies with research goals, acquiring information, interpreting data, writing reports, presenting findings, conducting fieldwork, and protecting confidential information. You should be adept at delivering presentations and communicating effectively at all levels. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret research specifications and develop a work plan. - Conduct desktop research using various sources to gather data. - Analyze patterns and trends, and record findings using appropriate software. - Maintain and protect electronic databases. - Assist in budget and time schedule management. - Anticipate and resolve research issues promptly. - Follow a strict code of ethics and protect confidential information. - Write proposals and deliver presentations as required. Qualifications Required: - Master's degree with 2-3 years of research experience, PhD degree preferred. - Proven experience in a research field. - Sound understanding of research methodologies. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Practical experience in database management. - Attention to detail and exceptional written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills.
