Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Research Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting research-based services, and building long-term relationships with clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads for research services (market, academic, or technical).
• Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and meetings.
• Explain service offerings, project scopes, and deliverables to clients.
• Collaborate with the research team to prepare proposals and quotes.
• Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline to convert leads into business.
• Build and maintain client relationships for repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Keep updated records of interactions and progress in CRM tools or spreadsheets.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Good understanding of research and analytical services
• Ability to handle client queries and explain complex concepts clearly
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and team player
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or G-Suite tools

Preferred:

• Prior experience in B2B sales or research-based roles
• Background in science, engineering, or business
• Comfortable making cold calls and client presentations

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Timing: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Incentives: Performance-based incentives available
