Job Description

Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: 1. Proactive project management Work with Insight Solutions, CXO Centers of Excellence, and the Chief Data Office (CDO) to document and communicate project requirements. Work alongside business analysts to review and refine KPIs, ensuring they align with business needs. Practice proactive communication and upward management to keep projects on track. Collaborate with internal teams and developers to improve how third-party insights (e.g., D&B Hoovers, BoardEx, S&P Capital IQ Pro and Databook) are delivered. Work with technical teams to simplify data connections with data feeds and/or APIs, making insights easier to access for sales and account teams. 2. Workflow Automation & Optimization Help identify key insights from third-party data to support CXO strategies. Support efforts to streamline and automate data processes, helping to reduce manual work. Apply human centric design principles to improve adoption and ease of use for integrated insights. Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for refining data-driven decision-making. 3 . Process Support & Innovation Train on and support our services in times of high demand. Contribute to initiatives that align with the Sales Acceleration Roadmap, helping to evolve the teams capabilities. Preferred candidate profile Ideal Skills & Experience: Interest in third-party data tools and their role in sales and account enablement. Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills. Experience working with CXO teams or sales enablement functions. Ability to interpret operational data from dashboards and data tools in partnership with business analysts and internal product owners. Familiarity with user-friendly design principles, workflow automation, or process improvement
