Role & responsibilities Core Requirements: Experience using a Learning Management System / LMS Learning & Development experience in a global organization Able to independently identify issue(s) and the root cause(s) utilizing internal resources available, such as SOP, FAQs, internal guidelines, etc. Research, troubleshoot and document when providing customer support Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems Uphold strong work ethics and business conduct Global mindset and the understanding of how that enhances customer service Business analytical skills exhibiting critical thinking, problem solving, decision making and data visualization Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging learning technology trends Ability to work independently Ability to coordinate effort Ability to direct and coach junior team members Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) LMS Knowledge of ServiceNow or a comparable ticketing system Understanding of NASBA rules Basic understanding of CPE requirements and the CPE awarding process Ability to deal with fast changing priorities Knowledge of Learning and Development systems integrations Knowledge of issue tracking and reporting Service-oriented mindset and ability to efficiently communicate with customers to achieve customer satisfaction Ability to assume responsibility over a target or result (ownership) Prefered but not required ability to analyze data and communicate data insights to execute the highest level of customer support (leveraging market leading tools such as Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) Excellent technical writing skills Education/qualifications: Computer and Information Science, Information Management Systems, Analytics, Learning Analytics, Instructional Technology, Training and Development Knowledge of tools: Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD),ServiceNow Key personal attribute: Good verbal and written communication skills, proven experience in the field of e-learn development, a strong portfolio of samples in eLearning and graphics, also any samples of basic media or media editing either as standalone or as part of eLearning examples, Living upto the PwC brand values" Shift: Night Shift(6.30pm-3.30 am)
