Research Professionals - Sealants & Adhesives

As an experienced R&D specialist in sealants and adhesives, your role at Chembond Material Technologies will involve the following responsibilities: - Lead and work on the development of sealants and adhesives from concept to commercialization. - Convert market and customer requirements into clear product specifications and development roadmaps. - Manage or work with a team of chemists and engineers to foster a culture of innovation. - Execute lab trials, application tests, and performance evaluations. - Partner with customers or external collaborators for co-development and customization projects. - Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Production, and Quality) to ensure smooth and timely launches. - Benchmark competitor products and identify opportunities for product enhancement. - Ensure adherence to all relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards. Qualifications required for this role include: - Advanced degree in chemistry, engineering, polymer chemistry, or related field. - Deep technical knowledge in sealants/adhesives and experience in formulation development. - Experience in leading a team or as a strong individual contributor with specialized expertise.
