Job location: Anywhere in India. Preferably Head Office, Navi Mumbai. Role Description: We are seeking a dynamic National Sales Head to lead and expand our Adhesives business across India. The role requires a result-oriented leader who can drive revenue growth, build strong channel s and OEM networks, and develop a high-performing sales team aligned with Chembond’s long-term growth vision. Develop the adhesives business to achieve annual growth and profitability targets. Lead, motivate, and develop a pan-India sales team. Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic accounts, and partnerships with OEMs. Work closely with R&D, Manufacturing and Marketing teams to align product portfolio, pricing, and promotional strategies with market needs. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales plans. Drive effective sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking through CRM and MIS systems. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and credit control guidelines. Represent the business at industry events, key customer meetings to strengthen brand visibility.
