Research - Operations Associate

As a Market Data Procurement Analyst at UBS in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Research and Evidence Lab teams with day-to-day market data procurement processes, contract management, invoicing, cost management, and other ad hoc projects. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to supported business units throughout the procurement process, tracking, managing, and maintaining data contracts in an organized manner, and raising, managing, and monitoring sourcing requests on behalf of the business units. - Support the Global Research and Evidence Lab teams with market data procurement processes and contract management - Provide exceptional service to business units during the procurement process - Track, manage, and maintain data contracts in an organized manner - Raise, manage, and monitor sourcing requests on behalf of business units - University degree, preferably in a data analysis related field or general business management - Minimum 2 years of experience in a business analyst role, ideally in a market data related function, with demonstrated abilities in general project management - Experience managing projects with a focus on improving service and satisfying business users" needs - Ideally, experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing Contracts (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs) and other procurement related items - Advanced MS Office skills UBS is the world's largest and the only truly global wealth manager, operating through four business divisions: Global Wealth Management, Personal & Corporate Banking, Asset Management, and the Investment Bank.
