You will have the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative academic community and work on initiatives that aim to enhance SEWB through culturally supportive environments and innovative treatments. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct research within the areas of Workforce SEWB and Workplace Wellbeing, Child and Youth SEWB, Tertiary Student SEWB, First Nations Suicide Prevention, and Novel Treatments for SEWB to develop strategies for improving SEWB outcomes. - Lead research efforts that inform culturally responsive suicide prevention strategies and embed First Nations knowledge in intervention design. - Investigate factors influencing the social and emotional wellbeing of First Nations employees, children, youth, and tertiary students, and develop strategies to enhance support structures and outcomes. - Collaborate with research teams, mentor junior researchers, and build effective relationships with stakeholders and First Nations communities to co-create knowledge and solutions. - Stay updated with discipline knowledge and developments, manage complex projects and timelines, and demonstrate a commitment to achieving research excellence.
