Research & Grant Proposal Specialist

You will be joining ICCE, a dedicated non-profit organization committed to creating positive social change through various projects in India and internationally, focusing on critical issues like Circular Economy and environmental sustainability. Your role as a Research Associate will involve developing, writing, and editing project proposals, reports, and documentation tailored for different stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify relevant grants, CSR initiatives, and project opportunities. - Draft and edit proposals, grant applications, and reports for Indian and international projects. - Conduct thorough research for accurate and relevant project documentation. - Collaborate with internal teams and experts to gather project insights. - Ensure clarity, consistency, and high-quality writing across all materials. - Tailor content for different audiences including donors and regulatory bodies. - Edit and proofread content for grammar, coherence, and style compliance. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations. - Manage multiple writing tasks with timely delivery. - Support project and financial planning meetings. - Contribute content for newsletters, web, and social media platforms when required. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Journalism, International Development, Social Sciences, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Research Associate or in a similar role, with exposure to both Indian and international NGO projects. - Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. - Strong research abilities to simplify complex topics into clear, concise content. - Familiarity with project management practices and NGO operations. - Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality. - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CMS and project management tools is a plus. **Preferred Skills:** - Knowledge of specific sectors relevant to the NGOs work like education, healthcare, or environmental sustainability. - Understanding of global and local regulatory requirements and standards for NGOs.,
