Job Description

We are looking to hire a Research Fellow/Senior Research Assistant to join our team for a four-month full-time or part-time equivalent duration. Your primary task will be to work on a mixed methods evaluation of the Supporting Long Covid Care (SLCC) Webtool, which aims to provide care and recognition to individuals with Long Covid while addressing and reducing the stigma associated with the condition. Your responsibilities will involve managing the day-to-day operations of the evaluation, including conducting, analyzing, and documenting qualitative interviews and an online survey under the guidance and support of the SLCC research team. The position will be based at the School of Primary Care, Population Sciences and Medical Education, Faculty of Medicine, University of Southampton. Both full-time and part-time applications will be considered for this role. To be considered for this position, you should hold a relevant PhD, Master's degree, or equivalent qualifications in a health-related, public health, epidemiology, healthcare, or social science field. Additionally, you should have experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis in health research. Candidates who are currently pursuing or close to completing a relevant PhD qualification are also welcome to apply. Upon successful completion of the PhD, the title of Research Fellow will be granted. Until the qualification is awarded, the title of Senior Research Assistant will be given.
