Research engineer 3 / Senior Research Eng 1

As a Materials Research Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing new products based on business needs. Your expertise in Insulation materials and product development will be key to enhancing performance and functionality. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing new products - Studying existing product designs and developing new concepts - Improving product design based on customer needs - Collaborating with process teams to optimize production processes - Troubleshooting product-related issues and implementing solutions - Scaling up new products and processes in plants - Analyzing process data using statistical methods - Ensuring global adherence to safety communication and protocols - Fostering collaboration within the R&D team and process teams - Adapting to new challenges and environments - Traveling frequently to various locations, including international travel - Spending time on-site at manufacturing plants Qualifications: - PhD / ME MTECH in Material Science with Mechanical background - 5-8 years of relevant experience in product development - Strong understanding of product design and development methodology - Proficiency in statistical analysis and problem-solving - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Willingness to travel frequently and spend time at plant locations Preferred Skills: - Experience in Insulation materials, especially Mineral Wools - Familiarity with NPD methodology - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Join us in our mission to drive improvements and innovations in the materials research field.,
