Research Enablement Specialist II

As a potential candidate for the position at ZoomInfo, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and optimizing workflows for the Data Research team through automation and AI integrations. You will be instrumental in improving data quality and research outcomes by implementing innovative solutions and collaborating with internal teams. Your key responsibilities will include: - **Advanced Workflow Optimization:** Leading the implementation of enhanced workflows to optimize research operations and eliminate bottlenecks. - **Tool Customization & Development:** Collaborating with internal teams to customize and improve research tools, systems, and platforms. - **Data Analysis & Insight Generation:** Conducting in-depth data analysis to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. - **Automation & AI Integration:** Working with engineering and IT teams to incorporate automation, AI, and machine learning solutions into research processes. - **Mentorship & Training:** Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing best practices, tools, and problem-solving approaches. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Acting as a key point of contact between the Research Enablement team and other departments, fostering collaboration and communication. To qualify for this role, you will need: - 4-6 years of experience in a research support, enablement, or data analysis role - Excellent experience in Data workflow automation - Proficiency in Python, SQL, and scripting languages - Familiarity with data visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau - Knowledge of data cleaning techniques - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Ability to interpret complex data sets Please note that this position will require you to work from 1 pm to 10 pm IST, with an hour shift during daylight savings time to align with the US Research teams.
