Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new formulations for automobile paints, coatings, and related products.
• Conduct product testing, quality checks, and performance evaluation.
• Research raw materials, additives, and new technologies.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure consistency in manufacturing.
• Maintain laboratory records and prepare technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in automobile paints, coatings, or chemical R&D.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Both male and female candidates can apply.
• Strong knowledge of paint formulations, pigments, and resins.
