Job Description  Role: Research Chef cum Training Manager Work Experience:  3 - 5 Years Gender – Male/ Female Industry Type: Food & Beverage Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Education:  Hotel Management Graduate or experience in HORECA sector Job Location: Bhilai, Chattisgarh     Roles & Responsibilities: Ø Responsible for on the job / Offline & online training of the outlet staff. Ø Research work for new products under food & beverage category. Ø Industry survey for various food & Beverage products. Ø New product launches quarterly. Ø Preparation of quarterly training calendar. Ø Documentation of Training attendance / Training feedback. Ø Organizing physical visits to different outlets for the training and launch of the new product. Ø Periodic outlets visit for audit & training.
