Role & responsibilities - Conduct research on food formulations, ingredients, and processing techniques. - Assist in developing new products and improving existing formulations. - Perform laboratory tests and analyze results to ensure quality and compliance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality assurance. - Maintain detailed documentation of research findings and methodologies. - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in food technology. Preferred candidate profile - MSc/BSc in Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field. - 3 years of experience in food research or product development. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
