Research Associate (Training & Services)

As a Laboratory Research Associate in a training and services role at Heredity Biosciences, your responsibilities will include supporting laboratory operations, providing training to students, and delivering high-quality genome services. Key Responsibilities: - Laboratory Training: Conduct training sessions for laboratory students on techniques, equipment operation, safety protocols, and procedures. Develop training materials, manuals, and presentations. Assist in onboarding new laboratory personnel and provide ongoing training. - Service Provision: Collaborate with clients to understand research needs, provide technical assistance in experimental design, data analysis, and troubleshooting. Perform laboratory tests and analyses, ensuring accurate and timely results. Maintain professionalism and customer service. - Quality Control and Assurance: Adhere to quality control protocols for accurate laboratory results. Monitor equipment calibration, perform maintenance, and troubleshoot technical issues. Implement quality control measures and standard operating procedures. - Data Management and Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze experimental data using appropriate software and statistical methods. Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings. Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory guidelines. - Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate laboratory records, including protocols, results, equipment logs, and inventory management. Prepare and review standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety guidelines, and ethical standards. Salary: 2.5 lakh to 3.2 Lakh depending on experience.
