Desired Profile

Roles and responsibilities :

Supporting in-house Cheminformatics and Bioinformatics teams in automating molecular modelling workflows, chemical and biological data management processes, as well as developing NLP - assisted user-friendly applications for end users
Proven expertise in building machine learning models and intuitive data analysis platforms using knowledge graphs, neural networks or deep learning techniques.
Skilled in working with locally deployable GPTs, generative AI approaches and big data analytics.
Proficient in UNIX operating systems and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL or Java
Some experience in developing drug discovery - related applications, along with some understanding of the fundamentals of pre-clinical discovery processes, will be advantageous.
