Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Research Associate – Synthesis R&D with 3–6 years of industry experience in organic synthesis and process development. The role involves planning and executing synthetic reactions, optimizing processes, and supporting scale-up activities.

Responsibilities

• Design and perform multi-step organic synthesis.
• Optimize reaction conditions and processes.
• Purify and characterize compounds (NMR, HPLC, GC, IR, MS).
• Document results and ensure compliance with lab safety.
• Collaborate with team members on R&D projects.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or related field.
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in synthesis R&D.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in scale-up and process optimization preferred.
