Research Assistant- STEM

As a Research Assistant at Ndeavours, your role will be crucial to the administration and research quality of the STEM program. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting mentors in guiding students and developing learning materials and resources - Addressing administrative needs and working on independent research projects - Reporting to academic leads and the academic director - Collaborating with early career scholars and program founders - Conducting guided research and one-on-one sessions, workshops, and seminars - Working closely with the academic counseling department - Strategizing for program growth and carrying out administrative tasks - Applying basic proofreading and editing skills to scientific papers - Contributing to a developing academic environment Qualifications required for this role include: - A Master's degree in STEM or related fields from a renowned institute - Prior research experience with supervised thesis, research papers, or projects - Participation in conferences and paper presentations, with published works as a bonus - Interest in teaching high school students about research If interested in joining our team, the start date is immediate with a salary range of 25-35K INR per month, including accommodation and meals in Jaipur for out-station employees.,
