- Prepare test reports of samples of RM | In process | R&D | customer complaint samples
- Carryout sample preparation and do the analysis of samples as per SOP
- Conduct sample analysis and Share results with R&D, marketing and production
- Carryout instrument calibration as instructed by top management
- Monitor and comply with all policies, SOPs in department
- Strictly follow and adhere to the approved SOPs
- Prepare development plan for self in consultation with L+1
- Regularly monitor stock level and inform to senior for procurement
- Monitor 5S implementation and sustenance in RTL
- Develop safety culture in RTL
- Prepare and maintain documents on regular basis for lab activity
- Conduct sample test of RF | other resins at various stage
