RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead key projects with R & D to support business goal

• Document all phases of research and development

• Develop business cases for implementing new technologies

• Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with marketing and operations

• Manage customer relationships and perform customer visits and product testing

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Educational Qualification – B.Sc/B.tech in Biotechnology ( with min 1 year of experience) OR M.Sc in Agricultural Microbiology
• Must have knowledge in biofertilizer production
• Very good Communication skill
