Role Overview: At 1% Club, you will play a crucial role in researching and analyzing the best redemptions for flights and hotels. Your responsibilities will include tracking loyalty program changes, creating reports for advisors, analyzing spending data, and maintaining an internal knowledge base. Your insights will help our client-facing advisors provide the best recommendations to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Research the best flight and hotel redemptions for specific dates and destinations. - Stay updated on airline and hotel loyalty program changes to keep the team informed. - Generate back-end reports to simplify options for advisors. - Analyze spending data to optimize credit card usage and prepare recommendations. - Maintain an internal knowledge base of redemption strategies and tips. Qualification Required: - Strong analytical skills with a knack for research and data analysis. - Familiarity with airline alliances, loyalty programs, and hotel chains, or a willingness to learn. - Detail-oriented and organized to manage multiple client requests effectively. - Ability to explain findings clearly to advisors, even though not client-facing. - Previous experience in travel research, OTA back-end operations, or finance analytics is a bonus.
