Research Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage top professionals to provide industry insights and knowledge to clients.
• Articulate the mission and business model of Insight Alpha to industry professionals and recruit them for the Association of Industry Leaders (AIL).
• Operate in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Expand the India/Global Expert Network by strategically recruiting key opinion leaders through campaigns, industry/professional lists, associations, referrals, and other channels.
• Collaborate with Research Managers, Analysts, and Project Leaders to understand client needs and fulfill time-sensitive research requests by analyzing client inquiries.

Candidate Profile

• Experience

  : 2-4 years in primary executive research or knowledge management.

• Education

  : Postgraduate or Graduate degree required.

• Skills

  :
• Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills across various channels (phone, email, in-person).
• Strong command of the English language.
• Proven ability to work in a team environment with leadership qualities and a positive attitude.
• Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail.
