Research Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage top professionals to provide industry insights and knowledge to clients.
• Articulate Insight Alpha's mission and business model to industry professionals and recruit them for the Association of Industry Leaders (AIL).
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and efficiency.
• Expand the India/Global Expert Network by recruiting key opinion leaders through strategic campaigns, leveraging industry/professional lists, associations, referrals, and relationships.
• Collaborate with Research Managers, Analysts, and Project Leaders to understand client needs and fulfill time-sensitive research requests by analyzing client inquiries.

Candidate Profile

• Experience

  : 0-1 year in primary executive research or knowledge management.

• Education

  : Postgraduate or Graduate degree required.

• Skills

  :
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills across various communication channels (phone, email, in-person).
• Strong command of the English language.
• Proven ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and ensure high accuracy and attention to detail.
