Research Analyst

Role Overview: As a Research Analyst at Aiseberg, a VC-funded AI startup focusing on building advanced sales platforms, your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive secondary research on various industries, technologies, market landscapes, emerging trends, business priorities, and user personas. You will be expected to take ownership of each research assignment, manage end-to-end execution, identify trusted sources, apply appropriate research methodologies, analyze data, and create structured deliverables. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous improvement of research workflows are key aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive secondary research on industries, technologies, market landscapes, trends, business priorities, and user personas - Take ownership of each research assignment and manage end-to-end execution - Identify, validate, and document relevant and trusted sources - Apply appropriate research methodologies to extract, structure, and synthesize data - Analyze data, evaluate credibility, and extract key insights - Create clear, structured deliverables including briefs, insight decks, competitive comparisons, and research summaries - Maintain a centralized repository of research findings and curated source libraries - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure relevance and usability of findings - Continuously improve research workflows, tools, and documentation processes Key Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Technology (Masters degree is a plus) - Minimum one year experience in a research role, preferably at a reputed market research firm - Strong grasp of secondary research techniques and structured research methodologies - Demonstrated ability to take initiative and own end-to-end research delivery - Excellent analytical, synthesis, and written communication skills - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and data integrity Additional Details: Aiseberg, the AI startup, is on a mission to build a Cognitive Sales AI that outperforms existing solutions by leveraging Semantic AI advancements.
