Demandbase is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven researcher to work with large datasets comprising millions of records. This role involves collaborating with a team of editorial analysts to evaluate, enhance, and grow content by implementing innovative data validation techniques. Utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills in an agile environment, the researcher is responsible for elevating data quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive data research and analysis using various business information sources - Resolve data-related queries and issues through problem-solving skills - Manage user and system flagged records and customer support requests within specified SLAs - Contribute to special content editorial projects and adhere to editorial processes and guidelines - Enhance data quality by conducting quality checks and identifying coverage gaps - Transform complex data and insights into clear tables, graphs, and reports Qualifications: - Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and minimal distractions - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Self-motivated, quick learner with a passion for continuous learning - Results-driven, open to feedback, and an excellent team player - Proficient in Excel, reporting tools, company and contact profiling, and data analysis - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Management, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or related fields - 2-4 years of experience as an analyst or researcher Demandbase is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
