Create detailed schedules, agendas, and comprehensive course materials. Prepare engaging training materials such as presentations, worksheets, and handouts. Conduct interactive training sessions, webinars, and workshops. Provide on-site training as needed and document training outcomes. Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance learning. Requirements : Proven experience as a technical trainer. Expertise in contemporary training techniques and tools.
